The first major draw of Cancún? The pretty much perfect year-round weather and stunning white-sand beaches make it a true escape to soak up the sunshine. In January, usually the coldest month of the year, the temperature rarely drops below 70 degrees Fahrenheit, while the average high temperature in the colder months is 84 degrees Fahrenheit, making Cancún a great winter getaway.
