Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo Del Sol: Slated to open in 2024, Park Hyatt Los Cabos will be located along the picturesque coast of the Sea of Cortez, marking the first Park Hyatt hotel in Mexico. The resort will host elegant rooms and suites, world-class dining options, a tranquil spa, and a stunning infinity pool overlooking the ocean, creating a haven of relaxation and indulgence.
Rancho Pescadero Todos Santos: Nestled in the charming artist town of Todos Santos, Rancho Pescadero offers an intimate and secluded retreat. This 30-acre boutique property combines rustic elegance with modern comforts with a focus on world-class wellness, sustainability, culinary experiences and exemplary guest-centric hospitality.
Soho House Beach Club Los Cabos: Known for its chic and exclusive atmosphere, the Soho House brand has made its mark in Los Cabos with plans to open a members-only beach club in the near future. If it’s like any of the other Soho House locations around the globe, the Los Cabs outpost is sure to feature stylish accommodations, exceptional dining experiences and a vibrant social scene.
St. Regis Quivira Los Cabos: Scheduled to open later this year, the all-new St. Regis Los Cabos is situated in the prestigious Quivira, a tranquil seaside gated community that is nestled on three miles of sweeping beaches with more than 1,850 acres of rolling foothills. Luxury amenities to look forward to include the award-winning Jack Nicklaus golf course; the St. Regis Spa featuring 10 massage rooms with spectacular hill-top views; three distinctive dining experiences; and seven resort pools, including five family pools, one kids’ pool and one adult-only pool.
Cancún & Tulum
Conrad Tulum: Located eight miles north of Tulum, in a secluded bay surrounded by a tropical forest and crystal-clear Caribbean waters, the 349-room Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya offers a retreat for guests seeking a transformative getaway, with curated signature restaurants, a destination spa, oceanfront pools and access to Tulum’s celebrated sights and attractions as the brand’s debut property in the Mexican Caribbean.
Kempinski Hotel Cancún: With its prime location on the white sands of Cancun’s Hotel Zone, Kempinski Hotel Cancún delivers a touch of European luxury and sophistication to the Mexican Caribbean. The hotel’s standout amenities include a fitness center with sauna and steam rooms, a tennis center, private cabanas and lounges on a 1,200-foot stretch of beach, a beauty salon and a kids’ club, six onsite restaurants and more.
Mondrian Tulum Hotel & Residences: Slated to open in 2025, the new Mondrian Tulum Hotel & Residences by Ennismore will be an impressive 64-guestroom hotel with four dining outlets (including a destination restaurant, lounge bar, speciality rooftop bar, pool bar & grill), spa, fitness center, outdoor pool and several other amenities. The residential project will comprise 151 units, including different configurations from three-bedroom townhouses to a four-bedroom Casa VIP.
Nobu Tulum: Coming soon, Nobu Hotel Tulum will feature 200 guest rooms and suites, including 12 villas, a beachfront Nobu restaurant, expansive meeting space with stunning outdoor venues for weddings and special events, a state-of-the-art fitness center and spa, plus 50 stylish beachside residences.
SLS Cancún & SLS Tulum: Known for its trendy and vibrant atmosphere, SLS Cancun offers a beachfront sanctuary with 45 suites, ocean views and world-class decor. The vibrant private beach club is breathtaking. Experience the poolside scene, indulge in the luxurious spa and enjoy dining at internationally renowned restaurant, Leynia. SLS Cancun also features a private Marina, 18-hole Tom Weiskopf-designed golf course, and exclusive access to a global concierge that will attend to your every wish. Even more, an SLS Tulum Hotel is planned to open its doors in 2025.
St. Regis Costa Mujeres Resort: Ideally located on a 3.5-hectare site along the scenic Costa Mujeres beach, the St. Regis Costa Mujeres Resort is expected to feature 158 guest rooms and 80 branded residential units, which will boast spectacular views of the Island of Isla Mujeres to the east and Cancun to the Southeast. Plans for the resort also include three distinct food and beverage venues, several swimming pools, a glamorous beach club, approximately 470 square meters (about 5,000 square feet) of meeting space and the signature St. Regis Butler Service. Comprised of 22,584 square meters (about 24,300 square feet), the branded residences will enjoy private elevator access, a residential concierge, a fitness center, and full access to the resort’s amenities and services. The resort is expected to welcome its first guests in early 2025.
Waldorf Astoria Cancún: A shimmering oceanside luxury resort set amongst verdant-green mangroves and just 15 minutes from the Cancun International Airport, Waldorf Astoria Cancun offers 173 luxurious rooms and suites that each have a private balcony and soaking tub. Relax along the 100 acres of picturesque beaches, in a cabana by one of two pools, find solace in the 21-room spa and salon, indulge at first-class restaurants and drink in bars with menus crafted by consummate connoisseurs.
Riviera Maya
Etéreo, Auberge Resorts Collection: The recently opened Etéreo, Auberge Resorts Collection is set amongst a protected mangrove forest along a stunning stretch of the Caribbean Sea. The resort’s 75 luxury accommodations—ranging from 875-square-foot studios to 3,925-square-foot three-bedroom penthouse suites—are entirely oceanfront or oceanview and feature luxurious bathrooms with dual vanities and soaking tubs and expansive private terraces with floor-to-ceiling glass doors.
The Riviera Maya EDITION: The beachfront Riviera Maya EDITION is expected to open in fall 2023 and will be EDITION Hotels’s first property in Mexico. With 180 guestrooms and suites, the hotel is situated within the luxurious Kanai development, and home to six food and beverage outlets, including a signature restaurant, pool bar and beach club, as well as a destination spa and an expansive 2,217-square-foot penthouse suite. In addition to multiple meeting spaces, the hotel will house an extensive outdoor deck for large scale events and parties.
Susurros del Corazón, Auberge Resorts Collection: Nestled between jungled cliffs on a breathtaking stretch of beach overlooking the Bahía de Banderas in Punta de Mita on Mexico’s Pacific Coast, Susurros del Corazón, Auberge Resorts Collection features 59 studios, casitas and suites with ocean views and 30 two-to-five bedroom villas and oceanfront residences, including a seven-bedroom signature suite. The resort boasts several dining venues, Onda spa, three infinity-edge pools that cascade down to the beach, Charralitos kid’s club and more.
Riviera Nayarit
One&Only Riviera Mandarina: One&Only Mandarina is located on a spectacular cliff-side overlooking the Pacific Ocean with dramatic vistas and a lush rainforest setting. Blending chic interiors amid the verdant jungle wilderness, the resort offers a combination of 104 free-standing villas that float above the treetops or perch against the cliffs—each with their own private plunge pool. Ocean adventures and water activities begin at The Jetty, where guests can moor their private yachts and set off directly for sailing, fishing and whale watching excursions along the coast.
Rosewood Mandarina: Poised to open in 2024 as Rosewood’s fourth property in Mexico, Rosewood Mandarina will offer 140 guestrooms, suites and villas with panoramic views across the mountains, beach and ocean. Guests will be able to choose from three bars and restaurants including a speciality restaurant and sunset bar as well as more informal options, such as a pool grill and beach bar. The Riviera Nayarit resort will offer three pools, a fitness center and a spa with 10 treatment rooms in addition to event space, which will include a 3,000 square-foot ballroom.
