Costa Palmas, the newest development on the Baja’s East Cape, is quickly making progress with the recent opening of its members-only Beach Club and completion of the first Beach Club Casita. The 1,000-acre community is located just 45 minutes from the Los Cabos airport and will soon be home to exciting new offerings including a Four Seasons Resort (opening early/mid-2019), Four Seasons Residences, Four Seasons Beachfront Yacht Villas, a marina, a yacht club, Amanvari Resort (opening 2020), Amanvari Residences, an organic farm, a Robert Trent Jones II 18-hole Golf Club and more.
The recently opened Beach Club serves as the community hub with seasonal cuisine offered 24-7, a private fitness center, full-service pools, direct beach access and an Aventura Station with access to water activities, hiking and more. The club, which was designed by Guerin Glass Architects, blends into the surrounding landscape with open-air spaces and a natural palette of blue and earth tones.
Beachfront Casita
The first Beach Club Casita gives a great peek into the Four Seasons residential offerings. Located along the estuary near the heart of the community, the casitas are five-bedroom, fully furnished single-family homes with indoor-outdoor living spaces and private pools. The first two custom Villas are also nearing completion.
