Embark on a journey that will delight the taste buds of even the most refined palettes at the Towers at Pacifica—the deluxe 47-suite resort at Quivira Los Cabos. The resort has launched a five-day, four-night Culinary Odyssey package that highlights the best offerings of the many fine dining venues within the Quivira Los Cabos luxury resort community.
Guests of Pueblo Bonita Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort will be lodged in a Tower Suite, which includes a private plunge pool, 24-hour butler service, personalized soaps and fragrances, and exclusive access to the VIP Whale Watching Lounge for breakfast, light bites and cocktails.
Aside from the plush accommodations and amenities, the Culinary Odyssey package includes four lavish dinner experiences, each one showcasing the specialty of a different restaurant within the Quivira Los Cabos community. On the first night, enjoy a six-course tasting menu and wine pairings at La Frida to commence your stay. Dedicated to the Mexican artist Frida Kahlo, the candlelit dining room is adorned with reproductions of Kahlo’s works and serves innovative takes on traditional Mexican fare. Wines for this dinner hail from Mexico’s Guadalupe Valley in Baja California Norte.
A second dinner features Peninsula, a beachfront venue that specializes in regional cuisine—specifically Baja’s freshest seafood and local produce. Take in the impressive views of the sky and surf as you select from an a la carte dinner menu offering three different ceviches and a variety of fish, poultry and meat entrees.
On the third evening, you’ll visit the Quivira Steakhouse at Quivira Golf Club’s thatched roof clubhouse. The restaurant offers elegant, al fresco dining with a surf & turf entrée and paired wines from California and Mexico.
The Culinary Odyssey concludes with a fourth dinner that offers a choice between customized experiences. One such option is a romantic beachside dinner for two under the stars. The resort’s spirits sommelier will guide you in a tequila and mezcal tasting.
In addition to these four unique experiences, the Culinary Odyssey package provides access to more than a dozen other restaurants at the Pacifica, Sunset Beach and Montecristo resort hotels within the Quivira Los Cabos property. Sunset Beach is also home to The Market at Quivira, which includes a gastronomic food hall where guests can sample a variety of international cuisines, Perfect Balance wellness bar, and an American gastropub. Guests can also explore the dining options at either of the downtown resort locations: Pueblo Bonito Rose and Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos.
For a more hands-on approach, try the Orchard Cooking Class to create a meal from the herbs and ingredients grown on the property, or “Hook and Cook,” where guests cook their own fresh catch. Finally, the Los Cabos Walking Culinary Tour allows guests to explore Cabo’s hottest culinary venues and bars guided by their butler.
The Culinary Odyssey package starts at $4,375 for two. For more information, visit www.pueblobonito.com.
