Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal and the Waldorf Astoria Spa have both received the coveted Forbes Five-Star designation. This now marks the fourth consecutive year that the hotel has earned the elite status and the third consecutive year that the spa has earned it.
“We are thrilled to be recognized with the highest Five-Star ranking alongside a portfolio of esteemed resorts and spas, a true seal of success as we launch Mexico’s first Waldorf Astoria hotel and spa. This award is a testament to our team’s continued commitment and dedication to providing personalized, intuitive and unforgettable experiences alongside the finest five-star services and amenities that have made us a leading resort for more than a decade.”
Fernando Flores, General Manager, Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal
The luxury resort was previously known as The Resort at Pedregal before it transitioned to the Waldorf Astoria name in September, making it the first hotel in Mexico for the brand. Located just minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas, the resort is access via the only privately-owned tunnel in Mexico, creating a high level of exclusivity and privacy for guests.
All accommodations here feature a private plunge pool and personal concierge. Culinary offerings are highlighted by the stunning cliffside El Farallon and signature Dos Manuel’s, among others. The spa draws inspiration from the lunar cycle, sea and authentic Mexican folk healing, with private treatments rooms surrounding a private pool and waterfalls.
“It is difficult to earn a Forbes Travel Guide rating, and all our Star-Rated winners have shown how incredibly deserving they are of their accolades by demonstrating sheer dedication in their passion for service. We congratulate them all.”
Filip Boyen, CEO, Forbes Travel Guide
