Destino Xcaret’s first hotel, Xcaret Mexico, was received so well, that they’ve announced plans for a second resort to hit the shores later this year. La Casa de la Playa Resort will be an ecologically inclined boutique hotel with 63 suites with private plunge pools. Rooms will be split up into three concepts including Nature, Fun and Wellness. Amenities include four restaurants, two pools, a spa, mezcaleria, chocolate confectionary shop, wine cellar and a library.
