After a four-month renovation period and a $3.2 million investment, guests are now able to experience the new beachfront Chulavista restaurant, the adults-only SONNE Club and the new alfresco culinary experience at La Veranda.

Already known as the resort’s breakfast hot-spot, the all-new beachfront Chulavista restaurant has transformed into a modern buffet eatery, offering a unique dining experience with a variety of specialty stations and five-star service. The restaurant also features two new seating areas that boost its occupancy capacity from 170 patrons to 270. The first area is an air-conditioned indoor space where guests can cool off after a long day at the beach, and the second is a breezy outdoor area where they can relish in the soothing sounds of the waves gently lapping the shore.

Guests will find a relaxing oasis at the all new, adults-only SONNE Club. Located on the rooftop of the Chulavista restaurant, this gorgeous space boasts a relaxing infinity pool that offers a 180-degree view of Banderas Bay. Aside from jaw-dropping Pacific Ocean views, SONNE Club also features two Jacuzzis, a lounge area with Bali beds and a bar and grill stacked with refreshing cocktails and snacks. Also available are nine luxurious cabanas equipped with day-beds, 42” flat screen TVs, a minibar and some with large hanging chairs to enjoy the breeze.
La Veranda is the resort’s newest culinary experience offering a delectable menu and striking Pacific Ocean views. Located right next to the beach and open for dinner every day, La Veranda offers a charming ambiance on a terrace under a grand pergola, ideal for those guests who prefer to dine alfresco. Here, patrons can enjoy the gentle ocean breeze and relish in the spectacular blues of the Pacific waters while savoring delectable culinary options including the finest meat cuts, fresh lobster and shrimp perfectly paired with the resort’s most exquisite wine list. For an extra special experience, La Veranda features a chef’s table that seats 14 guests who can enjoy a front seat to the chef preparing the exquisite menu right in front of them.
