Join Punta Mita for the first ever Golf Kitchen, bringing together chefs from some of the best golf clubs and resorts throughout the U.S. and Mexico. Taking place April 26-29, the event will be hosted by Punta Mita’s Executive Chef Pato Pérsico and is in conjunction with Golf Kitchen Magazine. The four-day event will feature exclusive culinary lunches, dinners and a gala dine-around tasting pool party complete with a silent and live auction. A two-day Golf Kitchen Cup will also take place on both Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses, Bahia and Pacifico.

Opening Night: Kick off the weekend with opening night that will allow guests to meet the chefs who will be hosting the event. Taking place at the Punta Mita Driving Range, Chefs Gaston Yelichich, Lalo Palazuelos, Anthony Giacoponello and Doug Blair, in addition to Executive Chef of Punta Mita Beach Clubs, Chef Pato Persico, and The St. Regis Punta Mita Executive Chef Manuel Peruyero, will be waiting to welcome both you and your appetite.
Friday, Apr 27
Lunch with Chef Anotnio Giacoponello: Enjoy a four-course lunch created by Chef Giacoponello with a New York-inspired menu with Mexican influence at the Resident’s Beach Club.
Beachside Lunch with Chef Chrissie Bennett: Follow it up with a beachside lunch at Kupuri Beach Club with Chef Chrissie Bennet from the Winged Foot Golf Club with a fish-to-fork menu featuring the local catch-of-the-day.
Dinner with Chef Gastón Yelichich: Head to Sufito at the newly-launched Sufi Ocean Club during sunset to experience a traditional Uruguayan-style grill.
Dinner with Chefs Doug Blair and Jesus Duron: Carolina restaurant at The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort is hosting the two chefs for a night of South Carolina-meets-Mexico fusion menu.
Dinner with Chef Damian Gilchrist: The Golf Club Restaurant, Tail of the Whale, will play host to Chef Damian Gilchrist who will whip up a fresh and delicious menu focused on health and wellness.

Lunch with Chef Lalo Palazuelos: Savor the tastes of South American and Mexican flavors from Chef Pato Persico, Executive Chef of Punta Mita Beach Clubs and Mexico’s own Chef Lalo Palazuelos at the Punta Mita Clubhouse Garden.
Grand Closing Night at Kupuri Beach Club: Tour the hometowns and regions of the guest chefs on a culinary journey showcasing the dishes that inspire passion from each.
